When you book a place for your child at Venture Kids, we hope that you will use our services throughout the year.
This allows us to retain experienced, professional staff on a permanent basis.
During holiday periods e.g. summer, easter and half term, we like to give you the flexibility to book additional days or alternative days to those you require during term time. Therefore, it is necessary to book your child in over holiday periods.
Holiday programmes are sent out well in advance to allow you to choose which days you may need.
We do our best to offer flexibility where possible and will always try to accommodate our parents.
Term time days are fixed and cannot be swapped or exchanged.
We do not give refunds for sessions where a child is booked but does not attend.
When a place becomes available more information will be shared regarding the pricing structure and options for payment.
